The structure of the company CHENKO-BUD includes certified civil engineers who have the right to examine the state of the constructions. Such an examination assumes a comprehensive diagnosis (inspection) of the building, checking for its stability and obsolescence, as well as preparing a report on the state of construction. The engineer, who conducts such an examination, bears full responsibility for the issued conclusion and subsequent prospects for the operation of the building.
